If a leader promotes someone to officer they should already know that person is responsible enough to know who they are inviting and make sure the guild is a good fit .. if not. .then the leader might need to rethink their role..

So, if somewhere along the line, someone made a mistake (initial interview, leaders choice of officers, etc) then the leader doesn't deserve to know about it quickly, or keep his leadership position ?

I can see why you couldn't stand to be in any of the guilds you tried.
